Statement and Official Nomination
If accepted as a participant, I agree to follow the course of the program and abide by the following OCSC regulations:
Participants should participate in the training program to the best of their abilities
As the course contents and schedule are fixed, no change may be requested by participants
Participants must return to their home country upon completion of the training program and resume work in their country
Participants should not extend the length of the training program or extend their stay for personal convenience
Participants should not be accompanied by any family members
Each participant will be sharing the hotel room with another participant of the same gender throughout the program
Participants are to assume responsibility for any personal expenses incurred, regardless of implementation of the course
Participants are not permitted to change the flight schedule arranged by OCSC for personal convenience

Participants
- Number of Participants:
- Total of 27 participants from 10 ASEAN member countries and 2 OCSC partner countries (2 nominated participants from each country and 5 from Thailand).
- Requirements for Participants:
- Each country shall have their own process of selecting 2 nominated participants. However, the following requirements must be included:
- Emerging young leaders (not over 45 years old) who are middle-level officials or frontline managers from all ministries;
- At least 7 years of work experience in public sector and responsible for the important project in their organization;
- At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any areas;
- Good command of English.
Once they are selected, participants must complete this online application form by 15 March 2019 to register for the program.

Date and Venue
- The training program will take place on 26 – 30 March 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. All participants are expected to arrive in Bangkok on 25 March and depart on 31 March 2019.
- Hotel accommodations will be provided from 25 – 31 March 2019 at the Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok.
